For children who love to sing − come along to one of our three-day Singing Summer Schools, where experienced tutors will teach you new songs of all styles from around the world!

We'll play singing games, you'll meet lots of new friends and perform to a very high standard. Come and join in the fun!


Locations

Singing Summer Schools will take place from 9.30am−3.30pm each day at four schools in Derbyshire:

(Please note, there are no catering services on site − pupils are expected to bring a packed lunch.)

In cases where emergency treatment is needed, it is our policy to allow any treatment that the medical authorities present consider necessary, including dental, medical or surgical treatment, as well as receiving anaesthetic or a blood transfusion.

The County Council may be liable for any injury, loss or damage which is caused by its own negligence or that of any of its employees or approved voluntary helpers in the course of their duty. The Council does NOT insure students against personal loss or injury which is NOT caused by its own negligence or the neglect of its employees or voluntary helpers. The responsibility for insurance of personal instruments lies with families. We are not responsible for iphones, ipads or any other electronic devices. These will be brought at their own risk.


 
Photograph consent

Derby & Derbyshire Music Partnership occasionally takes photographs of children who attend our courses and events for publicity and promotional purposes, and for a record of events. These images will be kept in a secure location and accessed by authorised staff only. We will only use images of pupils who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.
To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your permission before we use any photographs we have taken.
