Hub partner organisations are responsible for their own public liability insurance which covers the activity they offer to young people. For more information about a particular partner's arrangements, please get in touch with them direct. 

Lead Partner: Derby & Derbyshire Music Partnership

Derby & Derbyshire Music Partnership, lead partner of the Derbyshire Music Hub, is part of Derbyshire County Council. 

Derbyshire County Council may be liable for any injury, loss or damage which is caused by its own negligence or that of any of its employees or approved voluntary helpers in the course of their duty.

The council does NOT insure students against personal loss or injury which is NOT caused by its own negligence or the neglect of its employees or voluntary helpers.

The responsibility for insurance of personal items and instruments brought with participants on our events lies with pupils and families.
