We're looking forward to seeing you at our next event! Here is a few things that regularly get asked.

Basic details

  • When are the dates and times this term?
    Sunday 19 January and Sunday 9 March, 9.30am-1.00pm
  • Where do I go?
    County Hall, Smedley Street Matlock – Open in Google Maps.
  • Where can I park at County Hall?
    County Hall has a car park a little further down the hill with a sign saying "Car Park". From the car park you can walk up to County Hall. – Open in Google Maps.
  • Can I stay at County Hall during the morning?
    Unfortunately, we cannot host parents at County Hall during the singing morning.
  • Are there any refreshments?
    We do not provide refreshments other than water. If your child needs anything, we suggest they bring it with them. 
  • Does my child need to prepare anything?
    No, the morning's activities are accessible on the day without any preparation
  • Can my child bring a friend?
    Certainly, but they will need to be registered with us first. They can sign up to a few days before the singing morning at derbyshiremusichub.org.uk/djc

Payments

  • How do I make an online payment?
    Please do this using Derbyshire County Council's payment service. This link is in your confirmation email too. 
  • Can I pay on the door?
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or card payments on the door.
  • I think something has gone wrong with my payment, what do I do?
