  19 July, 7.30pm at The Octagon, Buxton Pavilion Gardens − Performing Symphony no.2 (Sibelius), Fanfare from Also Sprach Zarathustra (Strauss), Waltz from Sleeping Beauty (Tchaikovsky), Hungarian March (Berlioz), Valse Triste (Sibelius), Variations on a Shaker Melody (Copland), Nimrod from Enigma Variations (Elgar), Finale from William Tell (Rossini) − Mark Heron (Conductor)

• Derby & Derbyshire Schools' Orchestra Summer Concert
  18 July, 7.30pm at The Octagon, Buxton Pavilion Gardens − Performing The Three Elizabeths Suite, Movement 3 (Coates), Summer Time in Venice (Sigman), Slavonic Dance no.8 (Dvorak), Hungarian Dance no.4 (Brahms), Girl from Ipanema (Jobim) and Superman Returns (Williams arr. Ottman). This concert also features Sinfonia Viva, and a collaborative composition made during the residential course with DDSO and Sinfonia Viva members − Dominic Wheeler (Conductor)
